Corporate Employee Appreciation Event, McClellen Conference Center.

This was one of the biggest events of our year and we really look forward to it every year. This was a new location for this event and we had to make the 25,000 square foot space look amazing. There wasn't a central theme, instead, there were 10 themes representing each decade since the 1920's that this company has been around. We were tasked with the challenge to put era appropriate music in 8 zones, and play 4 hours of music videos in two others. We then had to light the entire space without the use of any other lights. It was a unique challenge but it was a lot of fun. A decor company from San Francisco did all of the backdrops, dividers, and furniture, another company brought in the video games and the Lions Gate Hotel did all of the food and drink. It was a huge event and I'm glad we brought in Luis, Mike, Ryan and Tony. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
